Standard cancellation charges apply based on the time frame prior to the tour departure date:
- 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as processing/administrative charges.
- 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Less than 7 Days Prior to Departure / No-Show: 100% of the total package cost will be non-refundable.
(Note: Specific high-season peak bookings, non-refundable hotel tariffs, train/flight tickets, or special permits/helicopter passes for Char Dham Yatra may carry 100% cancellation charges irrespective of when the cancellation is requested).

Travel itineraries (especially pilgrimage packages like Char Dham Yatra and mountain treks) depend on weather, road conditions, and government regulations.
- If a tour is postponed, altered, or canceled midway due to natural disasters (landslides, heavy rainfall, snow), road blockages, political strikes, or government restrictions, Vyom Holidays will not be liable for full refunds.
- However, we will make every reasonable effort to adjust non-utilized services or provide alternate dates/packages subject to third-party vendor policies (hotels, transport).
3. Refund Processing & Mode of Payment
- Processing Time: Approved refund amounts will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the official date of cancellation approval.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) used by the customer at the time of booking.
